There's no real quick fixes in wellness, babe.
There are no quick fixes when it comes to wellness. You're at the heart of Chronically You.

Starting and growing Chronically You has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my life—a space where my 21+ years of living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) meet my professional expertise as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Mental Health First Aid Certified advocate.

I am fortunate to have built connections in the diabetes space and within the local Fox Valley, Wisconsin, community, which have supported me along the way. I created this practice to help people with all types of diabetes and chronic illness cut through the noise of quick fixes and fear-based wellness culture.

My coaching approach is rooted in empathy, education, and real-life experience—because I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate the highs and lows of chronic illness while still wanting to live fully, freely, and well.

Finding Courage in Consistency

If there’s one thing living with T1D for over 21 years has taught me, it’s how to keep showing up—especially when life gets unpredictable.

That’s the heart of Chronically You, where my work focuses on helping people with all types of diabetes and chronic illness build the confidence, clarity, and self-trust to care for themselves on their own terms.

I don’t promise quick fixes or overnight results. I help you create sustainable change that fits your real life. Because true wellness isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress and compassion.

Why I Coach

After years of helping diabetes organizations tell stories that inform and inspire, I wanted to take that mission further—by connecting one-on-one with people who are ready to make meaningful changes in how they manage their health and wellbeing. And I will never stop writing along the way!

This is where I feel most called in my next season of life.

Through my lived experience and professional training, I understand the mental, emotional, and physical weight that can come with a chronic diagnosis. My goal is to lighten that load and remind you: you’re capable of more than you think.

Whether you want help staying consistent with your care, reducing burnout, or finding more joy in your daily routines, I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll work toward a version of wellness that feels sustainable and true to you.

Accessible Coaching That Meets You Where You Are

Coaching should never feel out of reach. That’s why I offer complimentary intro sessions and flexible pricing—to make this kind of support more accessible for anyone ready to take the next step.

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit. Sometimes it’s about accountability, or simply wanting to feel more grounded in your own body and mind.

At Chronically You, courage means showing up for yourself—again and again. That’s what being Chronically Courageous is all about. There is courage in consistency!
