Chronically Courageous is the coaching arm of Chronically You, created for people with diabetes and their caregivers who want steadier emotional ground, less overwhelm, and more confidence in the everyday rhythm of life with chronic illness.

As a MindBodyGreen-certified coach with MHFA training and over two decades of lived experience with type 1 diabetes (T1D), I understand what it feels like to live in the highs and lows—emotionally and otherwise—and how hard it can be to find the middle.

My role isn’t to give advice or "fix you." It’s to help you build awareness, recognize patterns, and tap into your own strengths so you can move toward a calmer, more sustainable middle ground that fits your real life. Think of me as your accountability partner! You're in the driver's seat.

What Is Health & Wellness Coaching?
Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative, client-led process that helps you get clear on what you want, understand what’s getting in the way, and take small, doable steps toward a steadier, more grounded life. I don’t diagnose, treat, or give medical or mental health advice. I’m not a therapist, dietitian, personal trainer, or clinician.
