Chronically Courageous represents the health and wellness coaching aspect of Chronically You. I am a MindBodyGreen-certified coach with over 20 years of personal experience managing a chronic illness. I understand what it's like to feel that a crucial piece of your health puzzle is missing, and I am here to help fill that gap!

I am passionate about supporting individuals who are navigating career changes, seeking personal empowerment, practicing mindfulness, and facing women’s health challenges. I welcome anyone ready to make small but meaningful changes that lead to long-term, sustainable growth.​
My Experience
I am a certified health and wellness coach through MindBodyGreen, and I am currently working towards board certification while completing my certification in functional nutrition. Additionally, I hold a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification from the National Council for Wellbeing.

With over 20 years of personal experience living with a chronic illness, I offer a unique perspective that can be valuable in a coaching setting. Through my work with various nonprofits and diabetes organizations over the years, I have become a patient advocate dedicated to providing accessible solutions that truly make a difference.

Health and wellness coaching is all about YOU. It’s a collaborative process where we focus on your unique goals and your vision for whole-person well-being. Unlike medical professionals or therapists, my role isn’t to prescribe, treat, or advise. Instead, I empower you to uncover solutions and take meaningful steps toward the changes you want to see in your life.

While I don't have a formal specialization, I bring over 20 years of personal experience managing type 1 diabetes (T1D). This perspective can be especially valuable for anyone dealing with chronic illnesses or autoimmune conditions. I welcome individuals who are ready to grow, embrace change, and work toward their desired version of themselves.

Getting Started: Before our first session, you’ll review and sign a coaching agreement to set clear expectations. You'll also decide which program to sign up for, which will include 3 to 7 sessions! You'll get all of these details in your intro email.

Ongoing Support: This will vary depending on the program you select. We'll identify what's right for you during our call, and you can sign up based on the recommendations provided.
