I bring over 22 years of lived experience with type 1 diabetes and professional health coaching training. I understand the constant highs and lows—and how exhausting it can be to live in extremes.
This work is about finding a steadier footing and building a balance that actually fits real life.
My role isn’t to give advice or fix you. It’s to help you build awareness, notice patterns, and use your own strengths to create habits that feel calmer, more sustainable, and doable.​
Think of me as your accountability partner. You’re in the driver’s seat. Together, we’ll clean up the messy middle so life with diabetes feels more manageable.

What Is Health & Wellness Coaching?
Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative, client-led process that helps you get clear on what you want, understand what’s getting in the way, and take small, doable steps toward a steadier, more grounded life.
I don’t diagnose, treat, or give medical or mental health advice. I’m not a therapist, dietitian, personal trainer, or clinician. I'm an accountability partner. I'm someone who helps you make the changes you want to see in yourself or your little one with T1D.

Simple, transparent pricing: $45 per 30-minute session, with a 10% discount when you pay upfront for a session bundle.

Before your program starts, we'll have a complimentary 15-minute intro call to align on session expectations, answer any remaining questions, and get your sessions on the calendar.
After you graduate from a program, we'll discuss your ongoing support choices, including à la carte and monthly check-in options.
