What Is Health & Wellness Coaching?
Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative, client-led process that helps you get clear on what you want, understand what’s getting in the way, and take small, doable steps toward a steadier, more grounded life.
I don’t diagnose, treat, or give medical or mental health advice. I’m not a therapist, dietitian, personal trainer, or clinician. I'm an accountability partner. I'm someone who helps you make the changes you want to see in yourself.

Sessions are client-led and focused on overall well-being and real-life support within the parameters and limitations of health and wellness coaching.

Yes, coaching is not a substitute for medical care or therapy.

Payments can be made per session or upfront for session bundles at a discounted rate.

Simple, transparent pricing: $45 per 30-minute session, with a 10% discount when you pay upfront for a session bundle.

Do you have any freebies?

Yes, before your program starts, we'll have a complimentary 15-minute intro call to align on session expectations, answer any remaining questions, and get your sessions on the calendar.

I also offer a free habit-shifting email course to anyone. You don't have to be a client to enroll.

Do you only coach people with diabetes?

No. While this is my specialty and passion area, I support clients with other chronic illnesses, those who are neurodivergent, or anyone who wants to work on general health and wellness. My coaching is inclusive. I welcome all types of people to sign up!

After you graduate from a program, we'll discuss ongoing support options, including à la carte or monthly check-ins.
