Sessions are client-led and focused on emotional well-being and real-life support within the parameters and limitations of health and wellness coaching.

Payment can be made per session or upfront for session bundles at a discounted rate.

Simple, transparent pricing: $45 per 30-minute session, with a 10% discount when you pay upfront for a session bundle.
